Please be careful. I took my lexus Rx300 to have someone look at why the exhaust was so loud on the car and was told that the exhaust was bent and the whole thing needed to be replaced. They quoted us a price of $2,000.00. We decided to take the car to Lexus themselves for second opinion and was told it was just a gasket that need to be replaced ($140.00). I left a message on their phone of what they quoted me and what lexus said with no call back by management. I called back the next day and was told by them they have no record of the car being there. Hmmmmm! Sounds like someone is lying in order to cover themselves. Please be careful.

I was really impressed with their knowledge of tires. I had called around to several local tire places, but even though these guys weren't the cheapest, they knew the most about what they were selling. I got my new tires put on yesterday, and my car now drives like a brand new car....and they even had my car professionally cleaned for me when I came to pick it up. I'll definitely be back.

These guys came to my job, picked up my car for free, then gave me 10% off of the parts and labor I purchased. My car is running better than ever, and I was extremely happy with the service I received.

I felt ripped off. I had been taking my cars there since 2000. I requested a low cost solution for my high milage SUV. The part needing replacement sells retail for under $125 yet they quoted me $360. When I called them on it the service rep stated the part source quoted them the top of the line unit. This was grossly wrong because even the top of the line unit retails for under $275. Once they replaced the part it still didn't work correctly so I had to go back to get it replaced. Then to top it off, at checkout they still tried to charge me for the top of the line part. In the process of getting that squared away I observed that they have extensive levels of pricing and discounts in their billing system. Be wary!

A few years ago I had an immediate need for new tires, I drove around to all the local stores, and no one was able to fit me into their schedule. I tried atlantic tire as a last resort, not only could they fit me in to their schedule they were able to give me a good price on tires. I've been having standard maintenance done with them ever since. They are always able to fit me into their schedule even when I don't make an appointment, they always treat my car well(I don't find oily fingerprints on my doors, interior), and they always seem to get me out quickly. This is one of the best auto places in the triangle in my opinion
