Good: not one thing. Bad: they were supposed to change my oil but they left the car with no oil, a rag under the hood, none of the fluids capped, the oil stick about 10 inches out...and then refused to pay to have it towefd back to them for fising of the mess they created. But they have called several times wanting their rag back. Improvements: Get rid of the staff, impement some quality management and controls and apologize to the customers you have screwed. Other: They are the worst!!!!!.

after calling for my wife's vehicle overheating, a techinician was sent to add coolant and drive the car in for her as she didnot feel comfortable driving it. JR called explaining that the thermostat was stuck and repaired it for less than 100 dollars. A situation that could have been taken advantage of wasn't. Top notch facility and top notch management earned my business for all 5 personal vehicles and my company's 17 vans. THANK YOU!!!!

Fast and Reliable service. They explain additionla car repairs needed but they do not force them on you.

If you are looking for a place that get's you in the door with a cheap oil change coupon and then tries to sell you six hundred dollars of additional work that isn't needed, this is the place.

We feel that it is our responsibility to our customers to inform them of any maintenance or repair that may be needed to their vehicle while we service it. Your statement that it was our intent to sell you "unneeded services" questions the integrity of myself,the business owner, and my staff. I assure you that the numerous awards that we have been honored with by the citizens of Cary and surrounding areas would not have been possible if we were guilty of the poor service that you state we give to our community members. I encourage you to visit our location again and I will gladly share with you our scrap book filled with customer testimonials attesting to the the quality service that our staff provides. We have been selected as the "Best Place for Automotive Repair" for the past two years by the readers of the Cary News. The readers of Cary Magazine selected Atlantic Tire for the place for the "Best Automotive Repair" in 2006. I am sorry that you feel that our efforts to keep our customers abreast of proper maintenance and repair of their vehicles is dishonest. Most customers truly appreciate it.

We've had our car to Atlantic Tire twice for an oil change. They mostly do tire replacement/repair and your basic oil/tune/lube. Their facilities are clean and neat. Both times our car was there, it took much longer than they said it would for the car to be finished. We also looked at getting tires there, but they were quite expensive so we went elsewhere. They do frequently put out coupons in the local Money Mailer & Val-Pak packets, so if you plan to go there, definitely look for the bargains there.
